The problem with that is that there are people like that in the vers already, as Babidi found out for his displeasure and most anyone who can do shit to you, mind control or not, is probably someone who already has no place in society or is too hight on the ladder to care about such things, like Goku or Freezer, so it take away most of the effect of your trump card
in DB, blasting someone into nothingness will always trump everything else anyway, that's kind of the theme
Apart from Freezer, who's enough of an egotistical asshole to not care about anyone, and Majin Bu, the other characters usually do care about someone. Goku may be as strong as you want, but I don't think he would take lightly every friend of his and his wife being manipulated into flat out hating him. Though Vegeta is hard to say whether he'd care or not, it's always been pretty unclear how much he cares about his family.
To be honest, I was making a general argument, not really thinking of DB, which being a pretty quirky fictional universe doesn't really favour this kind of tactics.
And, lastly, come on, I don't need to tell no one here why mind control is an usual hentai tag, lol.
