• the completed text are 1/3 of what i'm planning for this update
• i've done the renders for the last part of the main ero scene of this update too, so that only leaves the animation and usually some transition renders that i can only visualize as i put it in game (unless of course, i found another wrong camera angle and having to redo that part again (did it last week hahaha))
• sounds...hmm, not really an action oriented/dramatiac update, plus a lot of it happens at the throne room, so i think i already have some ready for the basic ambiance

• i'm noticing that i'm getting tired easily lately, which cuts into the hours i can dedicate to Divinity...which kinda makes sense, because after i've thought about it, i haven't had a single "divinity free day" in ....more than a year now. So i'm taking my chrismas day off lol. maybe 2-3 days of guilt free day where i don't work on this
• I need to take more part time job . lets just say that there's a reason i don't make it a full time job due to the effect it has on me for hours afterward
• i don't like rushed jobs 0_0;; i prefer having gone through multiple revision of my release, to polish the transitions/sounds
• ...the "plot free" update? yeah...after some working through the render, turns out its not that plot free afterall lol

(7 Feb) : made some error on the completed renders -_-a

so currently still working as best as my body can handle it, but if by the 21st its just not good enough for my standard...well, i'm afraid i would have to delay it again

Sorry, more delays

hey, so i have some bad news. update 2.5 will need more time to be good enough

currently, the progress is at about 100 render, 1 animation, and 1/3 of the text for the first chapter of 2 chapter(update 2.5 contains 2 chapter, both of them more ero oriented, with a small plot progression dealing with the consequences of the previous update)

what still needed to be done :

1. the missionary and cowgirl animations of the servant (normal + cumming)
2. another cowgirl animation (normal + cumming) for the introduction of the "sex in the throne room" feature
3. after making the renders + based on what i've learned making those livewallpapers, i think i can increase the ero-ness of some of them by making them into simple animations (breathing, eyes blinking, body slightly moving, etc). and now that i've got that idea, i kept thinking that leaving them as still renders are just "not good enough", and i want to polish at least some of them to be maximally ero.
4. texts for the the rest 2/3 of the update.
5. some transitions renders that usually pops up as i tested the completed work.

i would rather not give you excuses for this slowdown because, well, its just excuses. but not explaining what happened would also be wrong i think. so, i will say that its related to some IRL problem that leads to exhaustion, cutting into the my speed in producing renders that are "good enough" for my standard.

currently, i'm still working on the renders and animations, as usual, but i'm having difficulty estimating how much more time i needed because i had days where i was stuck in a sequence of renders that i just feel "its not good enough". i will try to give an update on this estimate ASAP

this is an example of a render that after i've work through the sequence and imagining the dialogue and texts, i think i can make it more ero by giving it slight animation

Thank you for liking it yes, that message actually means that you've reached the end of the update 2 the message is a bit unclear because i try to avoid any 4th wall breaking message like "this is the end of the current update"m(_ _)m

Solid start and as far as atmosphere goes this is unique as hell for a honey select AVN and wonderfully done. The use of lighting and shadows really add to the horror aspect. Also really love the 2nd language, adds a unique element to the game.

Only critique would be the menu system. I appreciate the creativity of it and the work put into it. Sometimes it’s best to not fix what’s not broken. There has to be a middle ground of artistic and smooth UI that’s easy to understand to navigate.

yeah, the menu is...a contentious subject. it was made so that i can put sex scenes that are not tied to a specific point of time in the plot, and be a part of the UI (if it makes sense), and to allow easy chapter replay.

here's an example that is already implemented for update 2.5 :



the second render is part of the composited animation that is used for the throne room.

but, i have to admit, its mainly so i can show more render without breaking the 4th wall, and just like the the game itself, its not something that is to everybodys taste

i'll be honest, and after getting some feedback, 100 % of the people said that the animation was stiff and unnatural, and their opinion only changed after i've explained what the context was.

this basically means that...the animation is stiff , because it was not my intention to make the animation stiff because of the context

well, nothing else to do but to try to keep improving it to the max i guess 0_0;;

well, like it said above... i'll just keep working on it more 0_0b

Yeah, it can be tiring and frustrating at times, i have to admit 0_0;;; on one hand, achieving the point of "i like this render", or " i like how the story goes" is very fulfilling. but for every point of that, its tens of "not good enough", "great, another failed render" . especially when it comes to things that i'm still struggling with (animation grr). frustration and getting burned out is a constant threat 0_0

anyway, here are some renders (not all of them ingame) (i might have posted them already,either here,or in my discord,X, pixiv or in patreon.too many channel, all with different ToS to keep track of them all 0_0;; standard disclaimer on the ingame ones (the last two), where the lighting and angle can still change
