The first porn mag can get you 3 femininity a day, plus makeup for +1, and occasionally shaving your legs for another, only takes ~130 for the full transformation to kick in. For me at least. Maybe your fem score just affects how much of a percentage you get a day? Took me until right around the second rent payment to manage it. Changed the shaving and masturbation scenes for me, but no, looking through the images doesn't seem like there's anything to do as a full female yet. Only the 2 or 3 blowjob scenes. There's an image for a diner manager blowjob, but fuck if I'm gonna grind that one event out of a dozen that gets me 1 point of relation towards him until it unlocks. Seems like a decent framework for a game at least whenever more content gets added in. Reminds me of life choices which isn't a bad thing.

There isn't much content, but I was able to completely lose the D and when masturbaiting it wasn't there. It was a bit of grinding. I generally had my character work, workout clean, read porn mags every now and then. talk to roommates, relax, bath to get happiness up. I bought feminine clothes early as well. I didn't make first months rent. I would practice voice power too. I don't know what all influences it. I will say that doing that month or 2 did take a while.
There isn't any sex content that I saw other than 2 scenes with landlord (I think one was a dream). I don't know if you can get anything to happen at work (I had the waitress job). After a while you can perform in the park to make some money and +1 happiness.
Overall this just needs more content though.
That is more a warning that an error message, it indicates that (at least) one of the following is true:

-Initial release of NPC dating system added. This is somewhat unfinished.
- Gender transformation now based off of power rather than corruption.
-Adjustments and new events have been added to existing jobs to give more chances to use your influence power and further your transformation...if you chose to.
-Keeping your apartment clean got a whole lot easier.
-Pay for working should finally be more normalized so that you make money at a decent rate regardless of RNG elements.
-Early and unfinsihed phone system added. You'll find all the old settings and stuff inside. It's pretty rough right now but I'll get around to making it prettier later on. For now it's perfectly functional. The left menu bar will auto update itself.
-Cleaned up and made inventory window a lot better and prettier. You can hover over the boxes to find out what each item does. (Let me know if this isn't working in your browser, only tested on chromium.
-Thereapist is now open in Manhattan offering services that will allow players to lower corruption and increase happiness. And maybe increaase your power?
-If your lust starts getting too high, you may start masturbating in your apartment. And it's possible your roomates could catch you in the act.
