Might be a good game if you put in a few things.
If you want us to do a daily routine and make money; put in things that you allow us to buy or unlock that will do those things automatically or permanently so we don't need to invest time in them anymore as a reward for working hard.
Having the player constantly click stuff just to get through the day is a chore, make a light at the end of the tunnel!

especially since its repetitive and there is beside landlord no sex at all atm.

It's a TF game so I guess the focus is on that? Meaning you can turn the MC into a girl. Only nothing much happens while doing that.

My days stop advancing randomly and I have to start over. It seems to happen if I work 1 more shift and it goes past midnight instead of sleeping to move the day past midnight. It doesn't happen always but once it does then that's the end of the landlord scenes. Also a walk-through would be great or at least a scene guide. there are a few pictures in the file I haven't seen yet and I definitely can't get them to trigger even if I scene scum using the back button. Otherwise I like the game. I just feel like there is so much untapped potential going to waste here.

I may check this again in 3-4 updates, right now, just too much grind for not enough story.
I hate this game, because I love a lot of things on it, but it hurts a lot since it does not have almost any content, the creator won't stop to implement mechanics or places, he should focus more on the game content.
Is this one of those games where the PC exclusively gets transformed or is there a route to transform others/avoid being transformed? And how much content is there at this point in development approximately?

PC is the only one being transformed. Well, kinda, the bandmates changed, but not the same way. You get transformed most of the way in the intro, but I suppose you could just avoid using your magic powers and you'd never change the rest of the way if you wanted since it's tied to that stat now apparently. Not a ton of content, couple porn magazines give you a bunch of pics of sex scenes, buying the laptop gives you a couple mediocre short videos of sex to watch, there's several masturbation pics, and there's 3 different BJ scenes. Oh, and an anal dream sequence. There's a mechanic in place for random npcs to take you out on a date, and there's an option to take them home, but it deadends right when the sex is about to start and forces you to back out.
So, when does this porn game get porn? i'm advanced on days and so far all the crap i got are vanilla blowjobs

Well, almost a year now. Shame, this actually had a pretty decent setup for one of these TF games, would have been nice for it to actually get finished.
