I remember contacting Slooty about that on Patreon at the very beginning of the Doll CIty release, asking her if she had any plans for Magnum and the MC, and in which case, how she would deal with the Patreon hypocrits. She never seemed to have definite plans for Magnum, which is a real shame.See I thought of that, but Slooty unfortunately didn't go for it. Because either A. we write an exclusive scene and publish it under a different name or B. we have to go back and re-write all refrances to Magnum being MC's mother, make that the official release, and then make a "fan mod" under a different name that is the original script. And then even if we did one or both of those, it still only takes one person to report it and Patreon could still kick us off.
There are two ways which seem to be relatively quick and easy:
-Implement a "rename" option at the beginning of the game, asking who Magnum is for the MC, who the MC is for Magnum, and then change the script with a "find and replace" function to make it follow the player's input.
-Replace the words "mom", "mother", "mommy" with "landlady" or "Mr. President" in the patreon release, and then release an incest patch (or let a fan do it for you) here on F95 for example.
Sure it might take a few hours at worst, but we are talking about a game which doesn't have tons and tons of text (which is a good thing!), and you might be able to attract new patrons as well.
For both options mentioned above, it's a known fact that Patreon cannot and will not do anything against you. Dozens of games do it, and those assholes still want their outrageously high cut from the meager profits all you porn game developpers make. All they want is no access to incest porn directly from their site.
Magnum could be the queen of all the MIFs out there, and it's such a damn shame to see her lurking in the background with no sex with the MC whatsoever, simply because this Patreon issue wasn't correctly addressed by Slooty from the very beginning.
It would be really worth it, including for attracting new patrons, if you could convince Slooty to seriously address this issue. Once again, a simple "find and replace" function to change the script can do the trick.
