I think that's just the limit of the RPG maker engine. It's been a while since I last checked, but certain stats (STR, LUCK and some other I think) have a much lower maximum limit. Unless they make a plugin that breaks the engine imposed limit not even the developers can change it.

As far as I know, Limit can be adjusted. As the first time Deka has used an rpg maker, so there are some mistakes in the game.

His scripting skills are on par with a certain team that got overpaid and still gets away with it because gotta admit they're good at being shady. I’m not against a game going from fight to fight and being simple, but when they do more than that I very much appreciate it. The newer ToT floors are far more interesting to me than the first 4.
