Ice cave portal is the postgame dungeon. take the other fork branch in the cave for the storyline stuff.

I already defeat Shiro in Karissa lighthouse and the game give me a credit scene, but the story is hanging. Can i continue play the story or its already over?

You can now go to that portal in the Ice cave to do what's basically the Zhonecage and brawl/level grind and fight an extra boss, but that's pretty much it. You can't go into the portal under the lighthouse in this game.

I think Rita was in the starting town, Yanaba village.
