The Slum map is EAST, not North East (why I said "Go East Young Man") of the Downtown map, and the Downtown map is EAST of the Residential map.
If you can't find it, take the damn bus!

The "Get a prostitute for old man" quest is a bit bugged, if you save that quest for later and do all the main quests instead leading to the brothel you wont be able to talk to the prostitute outside anymore. But it's just one scene before end of version, either replay or wait for next update.

This game is pointing towards the most fucked up direction and I love it. So much potential. But not enough content. I hope there's more coming.

Load save in the link and I think depravity points is variable#6 just change it to a higher number.

Try running the game in Windows XP compatibility mode. Doing that allowed me to finally see quest information.
