Pretty sure it depends on what you picked for what to unlock. Take the first one where you meet Cassie and her friends if you don't pick the one about the wearing swim suits in the pool and maybe not do the pool snake or whatever it was called you'll see the pink haired one nude if you picked the swim suit one and maybe the pool snake or whatever it was called then you see the rebellious one nude instead.

Sorry, bit after the fact. Was busy.
What I mean by "control" is pretty much you decide where to go and what do and who to bang. Going by your post, I'd say my issue about control is completely unfounded.
As for the other point (which I'm glad to be wrong about), it was calling it an "Interactive Comic" that threw me. Sorry about that.
Now I'm interested in this. Will wait for the next update :)
I can't promise we'll meet all of your expectations, but we appreciate you being willing to give it a try and see what we're all about. Hopefully, we please and surprise!

I went ahead and replayed the game with it's current version, and it's pretty much just character introductions as well as some teasing of story to come... The main plot/story hasn't started rolling yet... But I agree, it still shows potential... I went ahead and updated my review for v0.5.1...
We really appreciate you taking the time to review our story. Thank you!

correct me if i am wrong but...the last time that i see and update for this game was some days ago? i cant remember like yesterday or 3 or 4 days but. it was a 0.0.9 Vs. and now it is beta 0.5.1. wow i have to give it a try again i think.
Sorry if you've been mislead, but we are still very much in alpha. Storyboarding is moving along at a good pace though and with this last update we've finished the character introductions. Now we get to start digging into the individual storylines.

Well, they may not be way out of proportion, which I agree is a nicety, but most folks in this world don't look like they could be models and/or super models either, with skinny wastes and perfect proportions... I don't want to see obese women, but at least cover a few more bases on body sizes in these things sometimes... :p
We agree. Roger's wife Emily was originally supposed to have more of a "mom-bod", but there was difficulty striking a balance with the model's weight that left her flexible enough to be rendered properly for some of the sex scenes. We haven't given up on this, but since the renders included with the program now are just placeholders, we figure this is something we can fine tune during beta.

They'll probably be coming slower now that all introductions are done and now the meaty parts that'll take longer now are starting instead.
This is true. Our next scene is going to be the continuation of the Jane / Amanda storyline. We have two alternate scenes for each character, so four scenes total to write. We are looking to have our next update out in about two and a half weeks versus the typical one we've been rolling with.

I enjoyed the style of game they present. Several connected stories but not a linear forced path.
The CGs are solid, but the animations arent fantastic however, that's not a big deal to me.

As it is, the story is a compelling intro that I'd love to check back on.

My main problem is that the "screenshots" on the first page are downright misleading. Two of the screenshots aren't even in the game (I checked), and the remaining ones are basically all of the adult content. Would be better to have maybe 1 so people can see the quality of the CGs, but having a bunch (or virtually all of them) makes it look like the game has way more content than it does.
Unfortunately as one of the devs, we didn't start this post and have no control over the screen shots included above. Two of them, the maid and the personal trainer, both come from the character bios we created to introduce the characters. These do not appear in the game and are strictly promotional.

As for the renders in the game, you will notice the quality varies considerably. That is because for now they are just "fast and dirty" renders to place hold some of the settings and scenes that we are building. It also give us a chance to play with lighting and camera angles. When we hit beta we will be increasing the number of renders per scene and increasing the quality as well. Right now we are just putting together a storyboard that will later guide us through beta.

Thank you for giving it a try and letting us know what you think!

the game has been in development for only a bit more than a month, I would say the amount of content is above average
Guess I'm a bit confused by the numbering, then. Typically games release at v1. By that schedule, v0.5.1 would seem to indicate it's half finished...

They were updating game about every 2 weeks or less with a new person added to the game. But they are now done with the character introductions and updates will now take longer as they will now start adding the main stories for the different people which will take longer now.

For our story we are using semantic versioning. There is no completion percentage implied in the version numbers. Sine we are in alpha, we began with v0. Beta will involve heavy code changes necessitating an upgrade to v1 and the final version will be v2.

Every developer both amateur, like with these visual novel/games, and commercial game developers, all seem to have their own personal standards when it comes to using version numbers... For us, we see something like 0.1 as meaning 10% done overall, but for some developers that might be only 10% of chapter 1 or 10% of chapter 1 - Part 1... Then there are those that go further with 0.00.01 or 0.01.1... Plus for some developers they may look at 0.1 as 10% done with part 1 of the game, which for them would mean 1.0 is just the release version for Part 1 and they may plan to have 15 parts, so when all completed would make the version 15.0... It makes it tough to really truly know just how far they really are before completing a "Release" version over a "Test" version...

Hope that all made sense...

As career developers (this just happens to be our first "game"), we prefer to use the semantic versioning, , created by Tom Preston-Werner, one of the founders of GitHub.

On the days in which our real jobs beckon, we develop corporate software solutions, for which, semantic versioning makes the most sense. To us, it made sense to use it here as well.

Not sure if you're familiar with version numbers.
But 0.10, 0.11, 0.12, etc is a thing
0.5.1 means 5 large updates and one small one after the fifth update.

That looks like a very logical and great system, but sadly the industry across the board doesn't seem to always be on board with general standards... Same thing happened when both Blue Ray and Super DVD came out around the same time... The industry took years to finally go with the Blue Ray standard... It's either because of competition, or someone at a company had their own idea of versioning, or a company just made something up that worked with their business model, and the list goes on... It would be very nice if everyone went with one basic standard, but alas it just doesn't happen... Plus, GQ public doesn't always know there even is standards, so they go with best guess based off the version number... I kind of go that route when guessing how far done these types of VN/Games are, because again this industry doesn't all follow the same version scheme...

We absolutely agree. Everyone sort of does their own thing and in the wide world of software development, semantic versioning is in its infancy. We just want people to know that we have a very logical and rational way in which we are versioning our releases that conforms to a popularly used standard. Just to help eliminate confusion.

It also helps you identify which versions you can merge. Since we are ensuring that all alpha (0.y.z) versions conform to the same API, you can just merge any new release with the existing files on your system and pick your game up where you left off.
