They are done with character introductions which is why the updates were fast before now they are doing the main story pieces for the characters so it will take longer to do now as these will be bigger then the introductions were.

Unfortunately we do not have an update ready this week. We are in the process of writing the next scenes for both Amanda and Jane, Cassie's friends. Since this is where stories start to diverge, we need two scenes for each character to accommodate the dialogue choices made in the Cassie introduction.

The writing for Jane's two alternate scenes are done and coded. This week we will write and code the scenes for Amanda and if all goes well, have the renders completed and integrated by next week. So it's going to be a busy week, but things are currently still on track.

We'll let you know immediately if anything should change.

Our hope is that despite the longer development time this week, you will be twice as happy with the coming update.

And we're glad to see you found the new website! Not much there yet, but it provide us a better place to organize our content, and should Patreon ever decide to shit-can adult oriented material altogether, a safe fall back to continue our project.

Btw, I was devestated to see that Patreon assassinated Mr. Dots and his DMD project. Mr. Dots was actually the reason I personally signed on to Patreon in the first place, to support his game. I thought his project was excellent. Aside from the fact that it was an incredibly slow burn. But he always had enough content to keep me coming back. Such a disappointing conclusion.

DmD isn't dead they are going to upload it to a different site change it's name back to dating my daughter but they will also have to make a new game to keep their patreon page open while still working on DmD as well.

I think when the next update comes out I'll start a new game solely so that I can have Jane set to rebel and these saves will be solely just to play Jane and Amanda's story line and the other saves will be for the daughter nice route and everyone else will have whatever I picked for them.

I can't say whether or not it will be short because our ideas of short may differ. We envision about ten to fifteen sequences per character (so approx. 70 to 100 scenes total). Each character will have their own mini story. But together they will tie into a larger plot that will cross between characters. So something that happened in another characters scene may effect the opening of a different character's scene. Your relationships with one character may be discovered by others. Etc.

For the finale, our current vision is to have the doctor finally render advice based on the accumulated choices the character made during the sessions (whether or not you take her advice is entirely up to you). Then we'll a have a final series of scenes that take place post therapy that will finally seal or shatter your different relationships.

Lol - that’s the yet unnamed MrDots project being worked now. (That’s my term for it) I’m sending them materials and ideas. I’m HEAVY into character - I’m a theater undergraduate, didmstage acting in Los Angeles and several commercials, and am now a criminal defense attorney. Whether law or theater, it’s all about motivations - fears and desires.

First off, everything you said is awesome and we agree with heavy characterization. We all grew up avid roleplayers. There were nights we would play Dungeons and Dragons for five hours without rolling a single dice because all of the action was happening in dialogue. We love storytelling and feel that the best stories have believable motives.

So we are really striving for that in our game. We want a reader to say, "Well that's possible...maybe not always likely, but at least possible." As much as I love some of these erotic games, a lot of times the impetus for the relationship is something gimmicky. We want it to be driven by character motives and dialogue.

And we are in love with the idea of doing this game over and over again but with a different cast of characters and scenarios. It keeps it fresh and helps us avoid any desire to milk a single game for years.

Hillarious as I’ve been playing D&D since 1976. I still DM weekly and when my players make a new character and describe him, I’m always: “That’s great, but tell me more about them as a character.” — I wrote up a three page character background for one DM running Ravenloft. GREAT FUN. Will be playing it even in a rest home.

OH man, you said Ravenloft and I got chills. The good kind. We finished the Curse of Strahd module for 5e about six months ago, had a very classic feel. But I've been a Ravenloft fan since 2nd E, sill have all my original box sets. I thought the 3rd E. White Wolf stuff was good too. Man, so many great adventures! Now I've gone all nostalgic. Lol. I've only been playing since the early 90's, but that's because I was an 80's child.

There seems to be a bug here.... you cannot go to Jane before talking about Cassie first, but talking to Cassie leads to end of content and throws me back to main menu

Did you complete both Cassie scenes? There is the first scene by the pool and the second in the kitchen after which the Jane scene should be accessible.

Yeah, It's just that once I try to complete the Kitchen scene I get the out of content (like I did with version 0.5) so I cannot go to Jane at all. Just stops on the same screen as 0.5

Never mind. We found it, there is a flag that didn't get turned off. Well this is a kick in the nuts. Lol. Let us recompile and redistribute this afternoon. In the meantime, to work around the bug and still see the scene, just complete Cassie and Jane first and it should work. Only when all scenes BUT Janes are completed does the bug manifest.

I tried starting a new fresh game and everything it's just no matter which option I choose to go for first, I get thrown back to main menu before talking to Jane.

But I think I found a workaround on that bug by talking to Cassie first for both times and then jump straight to Jane before talking to anyone else. at least this way I can see the new content

Well I kinda like this game so I want it to be perfect just as much as you do..... I also love trying out things that fewer people think about so I am used to finding bugs here and there
