Netorare is getting off on sharing your partner with others.
Netori (aka netoru) is when you are the one they are cheating with, and their partner is aware.
Netorese is a women who enjoys seeing her lover with others, AKA a 'cuckqueen'.

Well all the neto's have something around them of taking someone from someone and not in a loving kind way as a subtheme on the whole. That is reason why swinging, cheating and even cucking have their own tags even if they are often also part of the various neto's.I simply cannot keep up. The real fight in games most of the time is whether MC has the action or NPC's and not NTR as such, though with the themes especially hanging around netorare you also always hit that fight, but with a few other negative tags included as well for many like rape and females enjoying being abused. The genre has its fans though, just as a dev you should be careful mixing those very different player bases unless you really are sure you have a great story and can keep the haters on board with the story and also make sure you do not destroy the female chars as potential LI's with the NTR. It is pretty hard to write a woman who falls for the NTR trap, enjoys it and is still a valid LI for MC after that.

With this game, it is hard to say. There are a few ways it could go, aside from the potential of the wife cheating too (netorare), it's hard to say if she will become okay with him sleeping with others or even getting off on it (netorase), or if he will take someone else's woman... With what I have seen of the story so far, it could go in a number of ways, from harem to divorce.

I guess I am terrible person but I don't want consent of the person being cheated, either MC's partner or the girl you are doing's partner. I need the rush of the forbidden fruit! And no, I don't want MC's wife to cheat on me, but I do play with NTR on, otherwise it feels like cheating in the game kind of sense: being a douchebag and being stupid should have consequences!

Both here and in Personal Trainer the using force or blackmail to get the woman to agree and like it is missing, so I would not use the NTR tags but cheating and/or sharing and maybe cucking.
