Since there is no "good" or "bad" decisions in this game, just choice of flavor, the in game info combined with the character guide is enough. Generally choose "red" for more MC active, demanding behavious, "blue" for more romantic and respectful. Both will advance the story, the scenes will work out differently depending on which side has the "majority" - and it is completely irrelevant with what answers you reached it, so going red on 1st, blue on 2nd may play out the exact same way as the other way round - but you won't miss out on characters or similar, so no "answer 'Yes' or Lucy will lose a point".
If you download the renpy sdk you can build your own mac version from the pc build.Hope that there will be a mac version here soon

You need to set what she calls you manually. That's not part of the patch.
As mentioned, turn it off in options. But tbh, there isn't much NTR to speak of anyway. Just be nice to your wife (plus lie about cheating if you've been in some strange) and you're good, likely.
That was the problem for me, I feel like lying isn't nice... XD
