Apologies, but I searched the thread and the answer isn't clear....can you get ANYONE at all pregnant at this point? Have tried multiple time with it on and it's not going anywhere.

IIRC, toward the end of the latest version there was an indication that Cassie would become pregnant.

In my playthroughs it was possible to impregnate everybody you got physical with (except that one character, for obvious reasons). On my last run of 1 & 2 I ended up with Jane, Nanami, and Cassie. Sounds like he's just a victim of RNGesus.

When you start a new game, there are various options you can choose. Originally, you could only choose whether to have pregnancy On or Off. Obviously, this only happens when the MC creampies a girl's vagina. Since it's only a chance, you could get through all the sex available so far and still not have gotten anyone pregnant.

Now, this is changed somewhat with v2.0.0p. When you start a new game there, Amana will explain both how pregnancy default chances work (which apply to all versions up through v1.1.5) and how you can adjust that as of v2.0.0p:

By default, our game also includes the possibility of your lovers becoming pregnant. . . . Whether or not a character becomes pregnant is determined by random chance and then modified by a number of variables. Because we want to empower our players with as much control as possible, you have the option of altering that base chance that a character will become pregnant. If you would like to change the likelihood that a lover will become pregnant, you can do so now.​

So previously, it was always up to chance, based on a "random chance and then modified by a number of variables". As of this latest version, that's only the default, which can be changed:

So instead of a binary choice of On or Off, you can now almost guarantee every character will get pregnant as well. It's possible you can't get Lola pregnant, since she's trans (I never got an indicator even after reloading dozens of times), but I know for a fact that, if you have trans Off you can get Lita pregnant. However, I believe that since only Cassie's content is playable in v2.0.0p, importing saves from an earlier version only keeps the status of whether a LI is pregnant or not.

The way I managed it previously is to save at the very beginning of every scene. I then played through to where you cum inside the LI. If you succeed, you'll be told she's pregnant shortly afterward — sometimes it's pretty much immediately, and sometimes you have to continue for a little bit before the notification is displayed. Whenever I failed to impregnate one of them, I reloaded at the beginning of the scene and Ctrl-skipped until I had the chance to impregnate again. When I saw the notification, I continued on since there was no longer a need to reload.

Also, how much Cassie content is there in v2? I started v2 and I didn't get anywhere. Is there a hot scene in v2?

Generally speaking, choices should give you different content but not "more" or "less". However, as of now there is a lewd with Jane you'll only have on her red path. And of course you can not do the possible lewds with your favorite coworker (no, not the old grumpy guy).

2.0.0 is only one (large) Cassie scene, which is set after all the 1.1.5 stuff. That one is indeed pretty hot I would say. Dunno how you could miss it.

As far as I know (good) artists are pretty sought after, so they don't have much spare time. Then you need to make a deal about remuneration. Also if you get to attach yourself to a game its shortcomings may fall back on you even if you only made the good pictures and not the bad dialogue, so the artist has to check the game, too. But I guess it is mostly the first.

I am not an artist, I have different skill sets. My skills are occasionally needed by people. Sometimes those people don't want to pay. Or they claim I ask too much. Or they see what my skills do and decide it doesn't fit their "vision" of what they wanted, even if I gave them exactly what they asked for. Or they want to demand too much of my time.

Any of these situations can be a deal-breaker. If I were making a VN, I would want an artist who could accurately render (within certain tolerances) my idealized character appearances. Animations would be nice, but I don't personally require it. This developer might. It's possible he's met some amazing artists in his quest, but they can't do quality animations.

I would personally hate it if he got a new artist and they fucked up how Jane & Cassie look. I'm a very visual, hands-on kind of person. Amanda does not hit my radar as someone to be touching. To somebody else, she might be a slice of perfection. Now try to find a semi-random artist out there who can accurately replicate all of your characters, and has adequate hardware to render the material in a reasonable timeframe, for an undisclosed amount of dev time.

As long as the dev isn't charging people money for all their downtime, it's all good in my book, but you have to recognize there are just so many factors to take into consideration.

It's a mix of two/three things i think. The biggest thing as Ilhares and Cartageno point out is money. According to their patreon they're only making about $508 a month off of the game. That might sound like a lot but when you're building an entire vn with lots of renders the cost of all that adds up. So the dev has 3 choices: find someone who's cheap, find volunteers/learn to do it themselves (which takes time that could be spent doing other things), or wait to save up more money and then pay someone (if they wait too long though their cash flow will slow down).
The biggest problem after that is that there are a limited number of nsfw modelers out there and as Ilhares points out sometimes those artists won't be able to deliver on what the dev wants (style and/or budget wise).
Games can be hard and expensive to make as is, especially if you're not an artist yourself, so it's just a tough situation all around. I don't know this for sure but I'd imagine that's why a lot of porn games get abandoned. It's not from a lack of passion/laziness but because creating 3d art like this requires money and if you dont get a big enough influx of cash/if you don't budget right you can end up shooting yourself in the foot in the long run.

I really hope that's not true lol. That seems like it would be a total mess for a logistics pov. It can sometimes be hard enough to communicate with just one artist or programmer when working on a project so trying to balance and keep an eye on many sounds like a recipe for disaster.

So - if I play a multi MC game - it probably depends on how it is sold in story. And possibly on whether or not I control those MCs at the time in question. So if Adam has sex with Stacy while I am controlling Adam and Pete does while I'm controlling him, the answer would probably be different from the other way round.

Though come to think of it - a multi MC game where everybody gets loads of action, just not when you control them, only when you're playing somebody else, might actually be pretty funny.

If the multi MC's have different girls then its great but multi MC's on one girl is a no no for me.

It looks like you merged folders. The two downloads are different game instances, they shouldn't be merged.
Play v1, then play v2 to get the full story.

Oh, that's a good enough answer alright. You didn't give a reason why he should stop bothering. Neither an economical nor a private one - after all, this is a hobby for the dev. Just because you are disappointed by what he does does not mean he should feel the need to stop.
