What's the controls? It looked like Q and F to do stuff but now I'm stuck on the first screen with monsters and can't do anything. can't leave or even open the menu

Controls are WASD for movement, Q to heal (limited), Mouse to aim, L-click to Shoot, R-click to dash, Scroll wheel for weapon selection, Holding attack does a charge attack, and F is interact. Sometimes a powerattack is used instead of interact for some things
