Those who didn't, just clicked through the scenes, not reading anything or very little, I guess. It's their loss. While Ptolemy's grammar is probably worse than mine (sorry, Sir Ptolemy!), he is a true writer/storyteller, one of the best, if not the best of the game dev's here or on the Patreon, whom I know about.
Well, tlaero is another great porn game writer whom I also know about a bit longer than Ptolemy. Can't say that she is better or not. She just has better insight to what women think or feel about, I guess. Both are quite good at creating captivating stories.

i had the problem that english is not my language and even when i read it all, there are some things i guess i don't get it so i must fill with my own creativity that i don't have

It's not that popular, based on the one poll I've seen. But the advocates seem to get off on getting it into non NTR games, and upsetting the non-fans. Some portion of the fans, may just be trolling.

a dana alone path

The Dana path IS one of the hottest things I've ever seen, and I don't even really care one way or another about the incest part. It neither excites nor annoys me. I just wish the paths were independent and you could skip what you don't particularly care for. For me the swinging, and BDSM is not my thing. I think I'd prefer to pass on anything Jessica or Maria. Andrea is ok, I guess, and serving as a beard for MC makes sense, even if the submissive stuff is not my itch really either. But Hot model, good story, great dialogue, and steamy sex, surrounded by a lot of "do not want."

I doubt that NTR itself has become more popular than it has been before, just some people got really touchy, even phobic about it. A lot more than it's worth, IMHO. Even here someone tried to put an NTR label to DoD because of the swinging scene. In gateway weekend dana mentioned she does not care who get's MC dick but she wanted undying unending love for herself.
MC does not want to date other girls all those girls are his way to get more close to Dana.

I mean game script clearly mention all of the above in narration.
