sorry guys it's a life that by now I don't follow this game anymore, so I have a question, will the animations be in the next update?

They support khyle with say 1 dollar each make it look like this game legit so more people jump on this scheme. kind of like the pyramid thing.
But it is distressing to see their has been no update at all in more then 1 year. not even a small update etc.. ?? I dont mind the broken promises like to late release date etc.. but not releasing anything at all and recieve so much income is riducules..??
Btw can someone explain 1 thing for me ?? how reliable is that income thing on patreon ?? if you see let say an income of 7000 dollars is that really the income for that developed game or can the author just post something make it look like it as actually making that ammount on his main page ??
I get the feeling this game is just one big money laundering scheme. Create a whole bunch of fake patron accounts to channel the dirty money, invest in the "game" that hasn't existed in a long time, put some post every once in a while to make it seem legit and voila. It's the only thing that make sense.
First off i dont see this happening, can you imagine a bank giving you access 100 of accounts at the same time ?? Also you cant create an account on patreon under different usernames with the same bankaccount so this part is also off. You must have so much free time in order to keep track of so many accounts at the same time not to mention all those password..

I don't know if the number is before or after Patreon's cut. Also, it's not tax free money, so the creators end up pay income tax to their respective countries. This something Patreon obliged to report, but for the creators to sort out themselves. If they don't they will eventually get IRS or respective of their country come knocking on their door.
did i or did i not say it was unlikely, i also said logic is completely out of the window when i comes to this game or its creator or why your still in here all day everyday...... all i stated was its more believable than him suddenly having a spike in subs at a time when he hadn't yet offered any idea of a release date nor has he produced anything of merit in 15 months.
is it impossible to commit money laundering through patreon, no...... would it make sense to do so through patreon, no infact it would be stupid..... however it is possible, impractical yes but still indeed possible. I dont know what is going on here no do i claim anything is, all i state is its suspect to say the least.
If someone wants to claim something on this thread they are more than welcome to do so, heck gumdrop claimed his game would be out January/February, dont see you shooting him down, infact the opposite..... its no ones job other than the moderators to police this forum, lets leave them to it

Well, first off, he doesn't make more than I do, but I have to pay legitimate expenses like my mortgage, health insurance, and whatnot...
2nd, money laundering through Patreon would be dumb. Paying .35$ on the dollar is a waste, unless you are conspiring with Patreon, which also seems unlikely, no matter how hard you look for the crack-in-the-armor.
Lastly, you SPECIFICALLY (EliteForever21), are on a Pirate site, so what are you hoping to learn/gain from the Zone? If you really are a patron to The Sugary Overlord, tell us what EXACTLY he said in his last post (as I requested before). OR, prove you are a troll, and don't respond to this challenge...

You seem so desperate for news from GD, or access to the news he does drop. Must be hooked on that "sweet sugar" j/k. The "burn the witch" process, and get it abandoned, is kinda funny when people at same time post and ask about re-posts of news that drop on his Patreon. At this stage I doubt the game have any hope in hell to deliver on hype and promise what so ever if it ever get released. The trick he need to pull out of his ass start to rival what JJ Abrams need to achieve with the final chapter to the next SW movie to appease the fans.
I'm not so sure EliteForever21 is trolling, more baiting maybe, or he just does a "Chris Crocker"
I'm quite sure GD and any other creator on Patreon for that sake pay "legitimate expenses" as you do. I believe all creators on Patreon suffer the same burden of bills in real life as everyone else does.

After literally years, we're finally going to see the fruits of Gumdrops labor. (Supposedly).
And if it's anything like this...
While I'll still reserve judgement till the update finally comes out,
to say the production has been mired in controversy would barely scratch the surface.
Allegations and bullshit aside though, the cards will supposedly be laid out on the table soon, and I'm still left wondering the same thought~
Will this update be able to meet the expectation on quality for such a long delay?
While I wish I could say that as time gone on I have faith in the production, well, I don't.
As some of you probably remember, my fabled mystical interview with Gumdrops happened many moons ago now, and I still remain as puzzled as ever about what exactly was said (and I was there!)
There are talks of a huge expanding team, yet they may as well be illusive ghosts because they seem near non-existent.
Gumdrops talks of expansions and plans etc etc but has arguably the most hugely divided fanbase we've seen, ranging from fanatically supportive to feverish hatred.
His fans have become far too invested, the sunk-fallacy cost no doubt heavily at play I imagine.
While the other side find this weird circus that's developed ever the more bemusing, (though some of you do take it too far just enjoy the train-wreck and pull up some popcorn dudes).
His Discord has become increasingly Gestapo-esque, with only the pretense of democracy and 'freedom of expression.' Cross the line or challenge too far, and the hammer will no doubt will come down, so much for openness and transparency.
What I still find amusing though, is how this game is supposedly 'for us.' This game is not for us, or any audience. This game has clearly become at best, a vanity project, at worst a money spinner.
Despite all the 'news', really, there still remains little of substance to talk about.
Only a dev who has continued to let things spiral ever more out of control, now desperately trying to bring it all in together and produce gold.
is he an emperor without clothes? Or will he truly deliver the goods? I guess this update will finally give us the answer.

I feel like Gumdrop is the George R.R. Martin of porn games. I estimate Act 2 completion to be around 2037 and by act 3 we will have evolved into some higher beings where time is irrelevant and our porn games are acted out by robots.
This guy is a scammer, stop giving the idea that he is "just slow". He has failed to provide ANY evidence of work done, or ANY evidence of assets bought, or ANY evidence of the scenes he has supposedly been creating. He has repeatedly lied to keep scamming those poor souls who somehow found this mess appealing.

First......to say that the september 10th release will be delayed. Because animator bla bla bla or critical bug with the implementation of animation or plain and simple bla bla bla.

1- He'll foreshadow something as in "Some animations and sound aren't right. Working on it!".
2- Hints at delay by blaming sound/animation not having "proper dutch angles" or "being too grainy".
3- Date comes by without an update!
Now this is important.. this can be just one or 2 posts prior to missing the update and it should mention the "contracted work" being at fault.

It's more of a predicament, than a bet. Because when you bet, you risk something and stakes involved. I don't really care either way if he release something or not, if he does fine, if he doesn't. It's just more of the same nothing.
