10 fuckin days... No update. I have feeling it's done but won't release until April. And on top of that people are started re-subscribe to this dude, filling his greed desire.

Greed and laziness is a combustible mixture, I can say with confidence that in the future he will suffer greatly from them. Itself from such has suffered in the past.
But I do not care for his money, I'm a pirate and take what I want for free. And the fools who pay for the air will always be a lot.

its funny to see bunch off ppl complaining about delays to a game that they don't even pay
since mostly the comments are filled with freeloaders...take a chill pill and wait, u are guys

Check DarkCookie for example he has 3+ times the numbers from this developer but if any1 talks about why so much delay

You don't pay for the game. You just support the Dev by giving him money as donations. Free Loaders are the people that he should be targeting. If we like something lot and shows us that he is worth it then we would consider supporting him. Happens with games, sometimes some people pirates games. If they liked it, later on, the road they actually buy it. Money is not an issue for me, I would dish out a lot on him If I want. But why should I? Most time he late with an update and now with recent events looks like he is just tryna juice the money out.

I have like a dozen of Creators I support on Patreon.
Thouse that I realy think share my views and make amazing games that deserve praise.
There are some good games I played and enjoyed I didnt pladge to - mostly thouse that are making huge money anyway, as I dont think adding another few $ for someone getting 10k a month is making it any better.
Instead I try to support smaller ppl that are often overlooked just becouse they dont have flashy Graphics to artact simpleminded crowds.
But all kind of complains about freeloaders is laughable here. This site is a Pirate vessel - we are here to plunder and rape and never pay for it.
If I spare a coin here and there this is a gesture of apreciation not an obligation.
Patron that supports the creator from the bottom of his heart is worth 20 horny brats that pay with their parents money to see some bobbies.
Make good and engaging games and you will get faithfull suporters that will be with you regardless of Patreon rewards or tiers.

Sometimes I think it would be beneficial if Patreon closed to all porn entirely.
Good content creators will still get money from their supporters by setting up free of Porn acounts wihtout any reward tiers, and lazy bums mootching for money with ridiculous rewards systems will hardly be able to get anyone to pay them out of sheer sympathy.
Cant say which one would be better.
Patreon for sure made a boom for H-games on the West - and thats something possitive.

I honestly think that probably this project is deleted. Impossible that is still stuked at 99% after being stopped at 90 for a month ...

He disrespects his sheep, eh, donators big time with his behaviour, extreme delays, obvious misdirection ("Progress-bar" I look at you)...
Unfortunately, gumdrop´s game has really nice art and an unusual storyline for a porngame, so patrons and pirates (have to TM that phrase

At this point it's pretty obvious he's going to wait until April to release the new version. He'll probably post an update this week about how "he's really close to being done" and then wait for April's Patreon payments.

I think Gumdrops biggest problem is his lack of transparency with his supporters, and fans. The progress bar is the biggest piece of evidence we have on his shady practices, and dishonesty. That bar is supposed to represent good will between the developer, and his supporters by letting them know “hey, I’m hard at work, and this is how far I got to go before you can enjoy the next update”. When he decided to re-render a scene that set him back 30 hours, why didn't he adjust the progress bar? He tries to paint himself as this sympathetic developer by saying things like "I'm sorry guys, I won't post a release date anymore, because I don't want to disappoint any of you when I miss the deadline ((((".

I was joking when I said earlier in the thread that the 30 hours he lost were equivalent to 2 weeks in Gumdrop time, but it turns out I was right! Here we are close to 2 weeks after the "final stretch" update, and.... Nothing.
I swear to god they're gonna have to ban me from this thread after the game is released, because if this coming update fucking SUCKS, I'm gonna lose my mind.
