First of all, if you're going to start this back 'n forth repetitive cycle of grammar nazi-ing in a forum post, you should at least learn how to add an "'re" whenever you're trying to make a point on grammar. I'm not being paid thousands of dollars to write an eloquent dialogue. My sole exigence(Thank you English 101) is that this website is basically free publicity for these patreon games and we as a community facilitate this nonsense.

Second, yes, that was my point in terms of WoW. If I can't reasonably justify spending 15 dollars on arguably hours of "entertainment", if we can even call it that - then it's hard for me to see the reasoning behind spending 10 dollars on a few hours of wank material.

Third, wtf? If you honestly believe it takes someone months to render a couple hundreds images of the same 2 models + some furniture, you are fuckin' high.

Fourth, wtfx2? The guy's earnings are nearing the top 10% of the USA wage bracket off the slowest, laziest porn game I've ever seen(and I've seen a few, most of them have the decency to just close down after a while).

Finally we get to the crux of the matter. Why does it bother me? Because it sets a precedent, like I said if you could be bothered to actually read before replying. Just like what served as the impetus for your jab at WoW and its devs(somehow at my expense?), it applies the same, here. The more porn game devs get away with, the further the line gets pushed back, the worse the games get, the worse my wank experience gets, the worse my mood. You might be happy blissfully whittling away your standards for new (literal)shit, but I am not.

You didn't just talk about GD in your post when you referred to creators, you kinda cut everyone over the same cloth. Very few does reach up to that kind of support. And if income alone should judge the creators, wtf should we say about like Dark Cookie, Team Nimbus and the other's that really high up there. I seen a creator on this forum take flak for milking it and when checked his patreon he had 2 patreons.

Some try do it full time, some only have a few hours spare a week next to job and whatever rl obligations. Just because someone put up a patreon page doesn't mean they have all the time in the world to sped on their project. Majority of these creators doesn't seem to be native English speakers, so rag on "bad English" in games is the least I do. With enough support creators might be able to afford to hire someone that does translation, or proof reading, because such doesn't come "free". But very few creators can afford such.

If someone decide to pledge to a creator on patreon, regardless if it some old lady doing cooking lessons on youtube, or someone making an adult game or whatever. I doubt no one forced them to it, little more than someone forced you to sub to WOW. What you, or me see as value mean jack shit, because for others it's value to them. Also by your own reasoning you pirate and get your jollies for free. So if you get a terrible wank experience... hey maybe you should invest in a better one

You're...You're kidding, right? Alright, here we go. I can't be bothered to actually type out another 3-4 lengthy paragraphs so we'll just hit it point by point:

1. Cloud Meadow and Summertime Saga have both been updated in the last 2 months with hand drawn and animated characters.

2. The entire premise of my post was that the guy is making quite a lot of money for nothing. This is called the strawman fallacy. You're taking my argument, twisting it to suit your needs and then going "Hah HAH! I gotcha! Also I sniff paint!"

3. If you're making over 90k a year, unless you've got severe medical bills or half a dozen kids, you do not need another job. That's assuming you're living in NA.

4. I guarantee you, some random dude on the internet will happily pocket a few hundred dollars to do some VERY basic editing per patch.

5. Don't care what people spend their money on, I care that the site and community provide an additional avenue for lazy creators to make bank off no effort. Reading Comprehension, it's a valuable skill.

6. I do invest in better wank material on a few different games, again: Reading Comprehension.

Finally got myself banned from Gumdrops discord for speaking the truth. No doubt Abby abusing the power he/she has been given, as I certainly didn't break any rules. Wasn't much point hanging around anyway, mainly due to the fact that Gumdrop almost never says anything of substance on there, thus no-one is any the wiser from hanging around. Because in the time since his last update (over a year and a half) his supporters have given him almost 150,000 dollars (before taxes/patreon cut at least). If you're going to get that much money for no work why bother actually working?

If my boss was going to pay me 150,000 dollars regardless of the work I did I'd never go to work, and if I did I wouldn't work very hard or for very long. Gumdrop is the same way. Now obviously my boss would never do that, and I'd be fired. Why do gumdrop's supporters allow him to do that? Delusions and mental illness most likely.
