Holy crap. I was at sea for 10 months, have been on vacation for a few months and still no new version? Damn son. It's like Mount & Blade 2 :Bannerlord. Wait... Could it be the same devs?

How the whole "incest" theme will play out if he plan to get a full release on steam. That's questionable and dubious. There is things in the game already that most likely would raise some red flags. If he want to turn the game into a more "steam friendly" narrative. He would burn a lot of those that support him for what they think the game is and will be. Although the prologue doesn't raise any huge red flags, so, use it as means to push traffic towards his own site clever enough.
So does t his mean he is the 2nd creator around these parts that bring an "adult themed" game to Steam? "Eek! Games" did it with "House Party", but don't know about anyone else.

I left a review of a single star stating how much I was disappointed in the lack of story, and noted the amount of money this leach is sucking up on a monthly basis, and got a mod strike for it. Fine. Fair cop. I "discussed pricing" oh mighty mods have mercy.

I promise that anyone who, like my naive ass that supported this con artist, actually takes the time to look and do a bit of basic math will be just as pissed as I am.
Sure. We get a pretty picture every now and then. A poll to vote on some useless and utterly pointless nonsense for distraction, but that's it. That's all we get. Oh sure we're promised loads of things. But we either never get them, or on the damn rare occasions we do, it's just a smoke screen. Hiding a lack of anything productive happening on something we're paying this guy damn good money for.
I was told growing up, that If you can't deliver something, be it a promise, work, or skill, you don't promise it. Honestly speaking, unless this guy has a marvelous excuse for a solid year and a half of nothing, with the amount of money he's making no less, like being in a coma or a life changing illness effecting him or a family member? Even if this starts updates again, he'll never see another penny out of me.

Steam seems to be feeling the breath of competitor sites, because they loosened their puritan family policies a bit. Unfortunately it is a bit too late for some releases already done, like "If my Heart had wings", which have to be restored with patches searched over the whole net, but newer stuff like "Nekonin" or "The ditzy Demons..." have the 18+ patches directly in the DLC area.
But I doubt gummy can smuggle the incest stuff in easily. Some devs are quite creative in flying under the radar, but since gumdrop is a greedy selfcencored, I am sure the 18+ patch will be an expensive DLC. (if gumdrop works on the game at all)
And sometimes (rarely) Steam is innocent. Moenovel is a firm which translates Japanese games and prides itself on family friendly, what a bunch of puritan bigots. For these guys even the "Biene Maja" is too hardcore. e.g. their english release of "If my heart..." is so shreddered that the unofficial 18+patch is about a gigabyte! Even kiss scenes were butchered.
The Devs of "ditzy demons..." instead restore the full game with their own 18+patch.

When it comes to pure entertainment and if you want to lose the rest of your faith in this race, this game dosn't disappoints!

The only competition Steam got really is Epic, and they just muscle their way into the market and buy "exclusive rights" to games to have on their store front. Of course with adult themed games on Steam, Epic been sprouting out they will never have porn on their store front, and yada yada yada...
If Epic wanted to come across somewhat serious in the "save the devs" from greedy valve/steam rhetoric. They wouldn't screw consumers over by deny them the choice what platform they want their games at. Tbh, I rather support GOG over both Epic and Steam. And Steam over Epic anyday tbh.

Out of curiosity, has he announced another deadline at some point? I don't have any expectations he's going to hit it (remember when January was supposed to be his "do or die"?), but I didn't see anything in previous pages that indicates he's still entertaining the fantasy that he could manage a schedule.

He says he will release it September the 10th.
I fully expect if when it does release it will be a major disappointment. It would have to be around tens of thousands of renders to justify the amount of time taken on development
