I do think some kind of special explanationey tag thingy could maybe help. Something right before the Overview that says something like, "This game is Abandoned at best. Ignore anything Gumdrop tells you, ignore any new posts on Patreon regarding release dates or upcoming content because, hey: he's been doing that for three years and has yet to actually release anything. We can't stop you from pledging, but don't say we didn't warn you."

It's ridiculous. Even accounting for time zone differences (though he chose to post it himself), it's still three days now and not a single post which he was supposed to make in two days.
And while he didn't make any posts, the number of patron grew from 811 to 818...

This game had potential. I guess it is easier to do nothing and get money than to work. And yes theoretically if he had kept working he could have gained more but then perhaps after discovering he didn't have to do any work he decided to stop almost completely in order to not risk tainting it somehow.

Well, boys... looks like FatCat17 is officially done with the animations for Part X. A little short of 2 months from his Military leave, but it's finally complete. But the ride is not over! Yes, the animation of the scene is finished, but Gumdrop still needs to render the scene.
If I had to put money on it, I'd say Gumdrop will release Part X just in time to celebrate Dual Family's 2 year anniversary of NO-UPDATES (March 30th, 2018). But, who knows! He might have more unresolved hardware issues that might slow down his render speed, or some other timely excuse.
I would laugh if the update is released on April 1.
Its a court tactic, make a deadline so distant that by the time its due none would care or just forget about his obligations.

Gumdrop is a life sucker. He suck it until the end. So the "released" will be on May 23rd 2020. Yup May 23rd!

Remember it's only Act I. Gumdrop already stated up front that the game will have three Acts -- one to present the family, second to build up romance and third to consummate it. So there will be no sex scenes in Part X. Expect no sex scenes in Act II, either and maybe one sex scene in Act III. So you'll get canon coitus in this game in maybe 20 years, assuming gumdrop actually keeps up his hard work and provides one part per year.

As I predicted there, if he ever releases anything it will be the mediocre product of a few weeks of work. That's why the "deadline" is in May, he will try to come up with something since he has absolutely nothing done right now.
Even that is not assured, since this scammer is a chronic liar and shouldn't be trusted. It's more likely that he won't even bother with a bullshit release and he is just buying time for a new excuse. Why a bullshit release is not likely? because it would expose all his lies. There is no chance he can make up for 2 years of work in a few weeks.
Oh, and in that post I linked I also predicted that his promotional images are recycled because he has done no work. The latest images that someone posted here (above) are recycled too. Check the dump of images I put in the link above, several months ago.
