Yes, just like you I detect a pattern with a lot of these types of games. The ones that do usually take about their 10 and above episodes or 2.0 releases. It's as if most of these game devs follow a strict code of some sort called "blue balling" the audience. Common sense dictates this is done to enhance a larger community around their games and give themselves a greater chance at financial gains for those who pay into their pateron. There are very few creative devs who do it for the love. We know the most popular developers who have gain a greater audience not for "blue balling" but for actually creating pretty good games and VN's with a legit interesting storyline. Those that simply do it for the money will put out a few releases then bolt leaving their games unfinished. It would not surprise me if a lot of those go by multiple developer names in order from being caught. A lot of the games you have listed I have deleted and only stick with the game developers that have proven themselves legit and care about their name and pride in their work, as well as caring about the community they have established around their work. Good post, just a word of warning to anyone on the rating system here. I think some of the moderators here tend to side with the game developers. I had given a low review on a game and was warned by some moderator here about it. I replied to the moderator that my review was legit and on point to their rules and explained in detail why and I found it very odd that I never received a reply back from the person countering my reasoning. I rarely post unless it's to help someone who may have an issue trying to run these games on their systems. And I'm not the type of person to make snide or trollish comments to those seeking help with issues they may be having. A lot of these message boards can get a bit tedious and ridiculous with their unhelpful responses. If I can help a game dev or community member with an issue on a game I do my best to assist them instead of berate or belittle. Anyway that's just my two cents.
So far only about four of these games listed I have not deleted. Those are "My Best Deal", "Life in Santa Anna", "My Pleasure", and "No more money". I like the framing and look of the scenes in these games. You can tell the game devs of these games have an eye for setting up their images. Though the last game is starting to wear thin with me because it just seems to be going no where as far as development in the characters and very very slow pacing. If it is stylistic with sharp color and contrast in the frames then I will stick with it a bit. Games like "Being a Dik" and "MilfCity" to me are stand outs and the way a game dev should strive to present their vision and work. The pacing is good and the characters intriguing. You could tell the devs of those games put a lot of time into setting up each scene and developing their characters and storyline.

The dev is the Federico Fellini of adult games, difficult to understand, no clear results and making someone consider buying tickets to the next one to try to figure out "What the $#%^$# was that about?!" ... no worries in a couple of years there might be some kind of understandable content. Go on to something else till then. Which is a tragedy because the technical skills are there but the story literally is a drug trip. The dev could produce something without confusion but there seems to be a deliberate effort to make it adult game best enjoyed under influence of drugs or at least a good bottle of bourbon...

MIlfycity is good but the dev is shitty, he doesn't give the updates on time and it takes him more than 6 months with less content and the story becomes obsolete later on, the best devs who give both quality and content in time and those who actually try their best with making amazing games are dev of BeingaDik pinkcake, NLT media games (lust epidemic, treasure of Nadia, the genesis order), sunshine love by mr.dot, man of the house by faerin, city of broken dreamer by phillygames, timestamps by motkeys, lust theory by inceston, desert stalker by zetan, eternum and once in a lifetime by caribdis.
I remember from four or five years ago, when the early chapters were still being released. Back when Man of the House was still releasing incremental content, back when Dreams of Desire wasn't fully completed yet. I remember thinking, Dual family had a solid story, a little teasy but not just instant gratification. The cliffhangers were done well and made you excited for the next chapter. Now... now it makes me weep for the opportunity that was lost
