Have you gone through the version that is already on here? There isn't much different between what's here and what's there - mostly just more of the same at different angles and zooms. The content you are probably hoping is in anything newer isn't in there. If that content existed, we'd have fanboys spamming this thread with "I told you so!" - the silence is deafening, isn't it?
gumdrop releases new versions monthly. I am aware that the new content is small. But the models are still hot. The money he asks for it is of course a joke. Especially since Legacy is content that he produced with Patreon money at the time but then didn't publish. I wouldn't expect anyone to pay $75 for it, but I do know that Gumdrop gave out lifetime memberships at one point. That's why I'm just asking if there is anyone here who still has such a membership.

The reason people use subscribestar is if that version is uncensored. There's no difference in dual family versions (Well, beyond the old version and the crystal meth version, but you find them everywhere), so there's no reason for people to move to other services. At most he's got another 10-30

ddint anybody already make a copy of this game? i heard about some 2 years ago. this game is outdated on models and resolution, this wouldnt be hard to make like +80% content of the game to 20% existing

He definitely would. Now, whether he could succeed is a different question. The problem is:
If you made a faithful remake and attracted his patrons (former and current), he would definitely have a case against you. Targeting his audience and the resulting outflow of patrons would be proof of that.
If you tried to make the remake sufficiently different so that he would not have a case against you, you would be writing for a different audience and wouldn't attract his patrons.
I don't think a remake is coming for at least a few years until gumdrop is out of the picture, and then nobody will remember this game anyway.

The character designs are his. The claim of free use means the IP has to be transformed in such a way that it brings new dimensions to that content. If a person is just using the same character designs (or those easily recognizable as such) without permission and making a porn product - that is not likely to pass any sniff test.
And remember that what you are talking about is a legal defense that can only be determined by arbitration or a court of law. It's not a "get out of jail free" card that one can waive and think there won't be repercussions.
Whether he would succeed is not the question that needs answered. It's whether or not he could keep the claim tied up in negotiations and/or court. The entire time it would be in that limbo, the remake would sit idle and without the ability for the creator to receive any funding under a cease and desist order. At the same time the creator of the remake would need to spend money on attorney fees, expenses, and court costs which would greatly outweigh any eventual earnings (through sales or donations). And should the remake creator lose, they would be subject to paying everyone's costs (theirs and gumdrop's) as well as any financial damages the decision carried.
Gumdrop could actually end up receiving more money in a copyright claim against someone than he has the entire time this product has been in development, if he had the right legal team.
Doing a remake that is different wouldn't be hard at all. Just leave all the crazy shit out of the game. Starting with the druggy cousin. Leave out the whole family's trip to the Aunt's. Maybe just Mom Daughter and Son go. Leave out the Son raping the Aunt. Maybe instead Aunt seducing her Nephew and talking to him about hooking up with his own Mother.
Then don't even bother with Part 2 of this game.........

Whoever called that a Visual Novel doesn't know what that is.
That's just the pictures from the images folder within the game directory that is already in the files available in the OP here on F95.
There's nothing new at that SVS link - and the fileboom/keep2share links that are on that page are tons slower than the links in the OP here on F95.

This will never happen. Sex with mom that is. If in 5 years scumdrop failed to produce single sex scene with mom, no one here have any excpectation that he'll do it now. And are we talking about same game? Cause i played this game and there's simply nothing. No story, no content, nothing. One time modders even threw april fools joke on this site. Simply don't excpect anything from this dev.
