Haggle and the skill are different things. You, the character always haggle at 20% discount, the skill is a passive that increases the amount of money you earn from selling (without the need to haggle). That's even what the in-game description says. Enemy drops only though, you can't sell any shop item for more money.
But ultimately, non-essential. You will be rolling in money by end-game. At lvl 200+ I had around 300m gold.

Have sex with Colette. This is not a joke answer. You will get a mission for it. Then you need to initiate Intimate mode by running away until it triggers, then start "molesting" her to make her horny, before bringing her to bed at night.

The main ones who sleep around at any point in the game are succubi. Also, most of the NTR scenes are imaginary ones that you can use as dreams. You also have the ability to prevent some of them.
To be fair Frontina/Flotina (priestess) is always a virgin just because her hymen (for some reason) grows back even when she has sex. It's kind of implied that she has a lot of sex with the MC in general, or it's possible for her to have had sex multiple times already but her hymen grows back so it's always like she's losing her virginity. Reminds me that it's also a thing that she can feel the same sexual sensations as the MC due to the blessing she gave him by having sex with him before he first went into the dungeon. Also she's a huge brocon. In that same scene, it's pretty much said that they've been doing that ever since she became a saint.
The game is Diet NTR. Theres definitely NTR there but the game acts like its your atypical harem game. Also you as the MC also end up messing with other peoples Waifus under "good causes". Everyone in the cast also treats you like a super womanizer (but still positively)
