Are there any ways to raise chances to encounter very rare monsters like fairies or bears? It's already obnoxious that common quest monsters tend to target my partner and run away immediatelly(took Tetra with me in hopes that White Bunny is not the only monster she might help find). Running through 15-20 floors in hope to stumble upon atleast one rare monster is really something not very joyful in this game. If there's no such ways than I'll give up on those quests and do main ones.

Later maps usually have enemies show up more commonly. Some enemies are always pretty rare whenever you farm them though.

I put together a list of some of the rarer enemies/succubi and their estimated encounter rates here. Fairies end up showing up all over the place eventually, bears remain a bit more elusive until end game for a quick hint.

I see... well atleast I unlocked Witches Manor so farming Fairies will be a bit easier since I need their dust for raising luck from partner quest.

NTR isn't that big of a deal and here is the spoiler to show you so if you are so bothered by the missing tag (Seriously, you hardly get the chance to encounter them that i thought they wasn't exist in my 1st playthrough):

So there's the possibility that we could have the game with all the dlc translated or that's all we are gonna get?

Unfortunately, you're asking in the wrong place. The game was translated by Kagura games.

As for this game, it actually includes some of the DLCs, but not the other major one that nearly doubles the game size. See this post for relevant info.

Yes, it includes DLC stuff; just NOT ALL of the content/features.

Good news is, the Steam version with R-18 patch applied gets uncensored Event/CG graphics; while the Japanese version is censored.
R-18 Patch (No need to register or log in, just download via the mirror links under the "Patch" tab):

DLC specifics listed below; seemingly unavailable content/features in the Steam version (from personal early game observation) are marked in RED and BOLD:

+=+=+==+=+=+

Well, that's all that the Steam version with R-18 patch applied, includes and excludes.

Or I am completely off the mark due to my current early game progress, and just have not gotten to the point that I can unlock the extra content from Part 3 (DLC 2) [Dungeon Town EX ~The Holy Birthday of Succubi~].

Steps to unlock the Extra Stages/Enemies/Items/Equipment/Partners/Scenarios/Events/CGs on the Japanese version:

Can anyone on the Steam version, who has gotten to that point, confirm if it is possible to unlock the extra content from Part 3 (DLC 2)?
If extra content is unlocked, the map will have changed, with a new demon castle appearing, just like below:

It's sad that it has to be like this, games like this deserve better but at least hope that we can get everything if the steam version goes well.
