Two things: It's almost never a good idea to put your point system numbers visible in a choice. It's basically like giving people the ability to see whatever path they want, and most playing a porn game will choose the L points just to see what happens.
Second, is it me or did you completely dissolve that system in this update? There wasn't a single choice other than the "Talk to Angel" choice and neither had a point value attached to it.
A good example would have been the Teacher scene. He could have been given the choice to knock before opening the door (R) or simply enter and see her masturbating (L) then back out and knock.
On another topic, I get the brother and sister are extremely close and shared their first kiss, but you made it seem like their relationship was completely platonic after that up to the game start. There is no way she wouldn't get pissed off about him trying to get a view of her tits in the shower. That's an example of how hidden stats could be better. Giver her the towel would be +R, teasing her would be -R not +L.
Just a few thoughts. Other than that it's a nice game, though some of the scenes feel too short.
