The game is relatively new and gets updated regularly, and already, at this point, has more than 600 renders/video animations for multiple events for hours of playtime (if you read the dialogues), so I'm not sure what you are talking about...
Nah, there's certainly not a lot of gameplay and adding 5-10 minutes every two months or so, well... that's going to take several years before it's an actual game.
Each new update adds 10-15 events; you won't play through them in 5 minutes even if you skip dialogues

It's already an actual game. There are games that have been in development for 3+ years and have less gameplay time than this one has

Ahh yes, you're right, my bad. Most of the content in the game has the MC interacting with regular males and females though.
