No. Currently the scenes menu is for checking if you've seen everything, it doesn't have replays.
It's not that bad of a question. The dev's post isn't very clear about replays.

Now we wait for people to come in and ask the gay content be removed because they accidentally looked through the whole page and accidentally played through the game and then accidentally fapped to it a few times but realized that was WRONG

And most probably it will be focused on the transformations of MC (not sure yet)If there will be any translations of the game, it will probably be after the completion of the development, unless someone else will decide to make an unofficial translation

how do you start the new content in this update? do I need to restart the game? I'm not getting anything new after loading my previous save no matter what I try.
EDIT: OK I don't know what I did to trigger it but after advancing several days it finally triggered the NYE event.

I personally think even if you don't like this kind of genre, what you much probably do is find this not just 'hot' but also interesting in experiencing the 'transformation' for my part i -somehow- find it cute (to the part where is becoming something like "*baby girl*") and then adventurous/never-seen-before thingy that attracts me a lot. Good work, really there :^) .
