This game sucks, I can't tell what I need to do and where and when I need to do it.

The quest are telling about. I also see all them. Any quest after see cap and the witch in cap room have some sun, I waiting for other quests too

You should check que Quest Menu in the top bar. If there is anything you can do it's there. I haven't found any thing that is not presented there.
Maybe they should add Easter eggs or collectibles with special scenes. It would be fun finding them all.

I don't know why the first post doesn't have the changelog. It is available inside the game now.

• Fixed a bug that prevents one of the ways of advancing in the 'The samurai wears silver' quest, thank you Lyon Black for reporting it and suggesting a fix.

• Fixed bug that prevent accessing Female Quest 'Ryan's Partners', thank you Lyon Black for reporting it and suggesting a fix.
• Improvements to the icons in the header. Now they are a little bit smaller.
• Added a date view on header. In the future there will be events that get unlocked on certain dates.
• Lesbian Chapter 03.

• Fixes Bug that takes players to Main Menu when clicking some locations.
• Fixes Bug that skips content of Male Route.
• Female Route's Chapter 06 Quest Entries.

Is your save old? You might want to start a new save. They did a lot of changes lately. One of those might have broken your save.
If starting again doesn't work for you, let me know I'll send one of my saves.

Just talk with MMC. Choose option "Let's dive", or something like that. He is in the living room of Safehouse B.

TL8ez. This is a buggy game. So walkthrough necessary. Playing in Android. So can't use walkthrough mode.

I played this without a WT and managed to progress even with the bugs, you're just lazy. Also bugs doesn't make a WT a necessity. I don't get it, you wanted an open world game, you got it, and yet you refuse to embrace the style.

What did you do before getting the sleeping bag? You might have found a way to getting it before it was supposed to.
Also, you might want to report a bug to the developer. That way they might fix it next release.
