I am guessing that somewhere down the line, Tomoe will find out & castrate you.
I doubt she would castrate the MC given how she feels about him, but she will be very disappointed with the MC at the very least.
it is already known who the organic father is, because in one of the past memories it was mentioned who he is and that she could prevent him from further actions by threatening to make it known if he touched her again

yeah with the was that played out it was foreshadowing for sure but the real question is if the mc and others will figure this out or if it was only for the player aka us.

I just downloaded the latest version ecchi sensei day 15 17 final but the file can not open says accest file introuvable
My Mistake I thought when it said it was off that it wasnt activated not that it was.
