Hmm. Satsune, Crazy Nurse, Akira, Tomoe's family. Those are the ones I would skip over, if I had too. Notably all awful people, with the exception of Tomoe's sister Tokiko. She's here just because I promised Tomoe. There's also the men, children and that one old teacher Marika, that are obviously on the "not a chance" list. There's also a lot that I'm still currently luke warm on, so would skip if I had too.
That said, I probably won't skip content at all. At most I'll save before triggering the event and if they do something heinous to one of the characters I don't hate, I'll reload and just skip it so it's not canon in my playthrough. Except Tomoe's family. I promised Tomoe I wouldn't, so I won't.

I'm on day 1 and i keep on getting loads of black screens. I have the dark mind patch installed. Is this normal?
You probably installed the wrong patch. I'm assuming you downloaded the Week 1 Final version from the first page, in which case

Thanks. I have it installed, but I installed the halloween patch before that. Should I just reinstall the game and the correct patch after?

Yes, though you'll be better off waiting until the Month 1 Merge comes out. It comes in one big (though smaller than Week 1) game, a bunch of bug fixes and implements it's mechanics better. It'll also be the only way to carry saves over to post-month 1 content We're not sure when it will drop though.

I can fuck any girl I want anyway. I don't need help in that regard. With Tomoe's promise, I am willing to reconsider things as they progress, but so far, I dislike most of her family and when you have women throwing yourself at you like this, them being really hot isn't enough of a factor. I got a a mother/daughter threesome out of it already, so she's going to have to step up her game to win me over.
With the exception of her latest sex scene, Crazy Nurse leaves me feeling unsatisfied whenever she gets involved. Haruka's rape feels tacked on because Crazy Nurse made her forget, leading to the scene ultimately meaning nothing but a way to check off a particular kink. The teacher orgy, should have been a bigger deal than it was because for most of the teachers, it was our first time fucking them. But everyone is to drugged up for us to really appreciate. We even rush through taking someone's anal cherry. I'm also not really into the whole human doll kink, so I'm feeling robbed of developing anything with Haruka and Chiaka as individuals. Satsune's just horribly abusive to Kaede, and Kaede's a sweetheart. If I can use her to satisfy some of the darker kinks, that would be great. Aki is also an arsehole, but I was given the opportunity to put her in her place, so that's fun.
Akira is the girl from the science club that drugs you and rapes you in your sleep. That's not really my thing. If I could use her in place of Haruka and Chiaka in Crazy Nurse's antics, I'd be more interested. She also forced me to change my MCs name from Akira to Sojiro, which is unforgivable.

If the changes are drastic enough, I'll probably do an evil playthrough, and do all this regardless.

We'll be fucking Tomoe every way possible in time, so I don't really need to do it with her mother there, as hot as that would be. I don't want Crazy Nurse to let me fuck anyone. Matsu is more than capable of doing it on his own, whether consensually or not. The issue is that CN tends to come with dollification on memory wipes which just don't do it for me because there's no impact to the characters involved.
