They are in the saved games folder.
Go to users, choose the available options, there should be several carpets with the saved games name, select Tenco and then copy the folder of ESG.

Thanks a lot. I haven't seen a game save go to that folder in so long I'd forgotten there was just a "Saved Games" location for some of them! XD

well, at least in this game, the protagonist actually takes part in battles, not just commanding his girls around.

What do you mean?
He is the protagonist in the 3 games.
The difference is what he enbodies.

No idea.
Dont think they have said why so I imagine we will get it released with no announcement like JAST usually does.
