exception? Renpy will always trump RPGM, I HATE when I see renders I like in a RPG game, shit's boring as fuck to play.
There are certain games that use RPGMs well like roundscape and Last sovereign and alot of JRPGM games like Yuna's whore quest, but otherwise, yeah, RPGMs for me have become associated with lazy devs who want to pad their game time. Honestly i prefer a good 15min Ren'Py game more than an 30min RPGM buggy shitfest.
You are right ofcourse (I love TLS and Roundscape, hard to imagine to see these in Ren'py), but some advice for the future: it's no use to argue with someone that is using absolute generalizations.

Elena's Life is one of my favorite female MC game here (Ana's first and Manila Shaw third), and as for Ana, a Ren'py remake is just a wonderful idea for a replay.
For now i think i'll wait till the release of all the content, because i don't want to be used to this game on Ren'py before all the content being here, but then, like for Ana's Exiting Affections, i think i'll definitively forget about the RPGM version lol.

@nhatbon23 renpy games are usually better playable with one hand than RPG maker games :test:
also you can go back to previous parts of the game a lot easier because of the easy to use save/load and rollback systems or scene gallerys (if implemented).
