I also hate most RPGM games, but this one I like, there's some logic in the locations of stuff, distances between places are not overly long, and there's enough sex scenes to compensate it. Same for me with Anna Exciting affection. Others like Dark Lord's trip or Legend of Queen Opala believe they are Zelda 3 or FF VI and are annoying.

The engine is RPG Maker. It really doesn't lend itself to games like this. It's meant for turn-based RPG, not adventure games.
