Not completely sure if I understand what you're asking but if it is about how to save in this game... press escape when in free roam (i.e. when walking across the map or inside a building, room, etc).

Been playing this game since it came out, never had that issue before, or with the other 2000 games I downloaded.

When Mr. Johnson went to motorboat Elena on his desk I received a Error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'Width' of null and game freezes. Received the same error with Brad in the living room when Elena gets told to put her mouth to better use and starts to suck him off.

You have to go around and look at all the displays looking for the right phone. She will not find it and will have to go to the counter to pay for it.

Have you tried going home to your apt? I think there's no more active quests after you return with George and went back on the Bus.
