I can't think if there's a "this has benefits later" reason, but in general the mod is telling you what the modder would do, which isn't always the same as you would do.
Personally, I always avoid these type of mods when using mods at all - I prefer URM and the universal choice descriptor which tell you what points etc. you get for different choices, leaving you to pick which suits you best, rather than hiding that and saying "pick this one" or "don't pick this one" with no explanation.

I thought it might be mistake modder did? and yes its better to use URM but I'm kinda new to URM and modding so I prefer mods like this where we can see both path at same time without having to make saves and come back

Could be a mistake, yeah. And I agree that the mods make it so much easier, that's why they're popular. I like the combination of URM and the choice descriptor, but the only thing that doesn't have is the ability to look ahead and tell you this choice has a later impact in terms of X or Y path.

Yeah you can look in the code and find everyone's second trait, which is hidden for story purposes atm.

The corrupt/sub path is entirely optional though and additionally you need the ''corrupt'' skill.
Looks more like a mistake for me.
Just so people are aware, while the names of the traits are available, most have no description at the moment. They're also subject to change in future versions so take any future content you see with a grain of salt.
does that mean a few characters don't yet have their secondaries set?
I could not find the ones for a few of the characters.

I think when I saw it, Harem Queen was represented by a chair with a crown on it.
Ahh, yup. Just opened an older version. Still no description on it though.
The image doesn't appear to have changed though. It's Taylor wearing a crown.
