The MC seeing another male character having sex/rape a female character that the MC has no relation what so ever to is not NTR. It's voyeurism. And I can easily see that turning into NTI(netori) which I'm in favor of.

agree it is not, but still from some point of view it is some king of forcing someone to do what he will not normaly willingly do. (without physical forcing....psychycal it depend of point of wiew i gues)

i mean sleep sex has its own tag and that's still rape in most cases cause MC usually sneaks in. the only case i can think of where its not rape is if the girl is a somnophile and she's into that. but yeah rape doesnt need to be violent.
