Yeah, the last post was Feb 4th. Haven't seen a lot of activity on the Patreon page since. Gonna hold out that he is working on this. Hopefully, he posts an update on progress, soon. Once he does, I will re-sub and post it here.
The dev's hard drive crashed and took a bunch of the character models with it. Now the dev has to remake them and update the game to match, starting with the prologue. I just pray the MC's daughter and her aunt are at least as hot as they were before.I love this game why this abandoned
Better question is - who doesn't make backups (at least for essential things). Only suckers will buy the explanation that the reason for the delay was a HDD (or SSD or whatever) crash. This and health problems are most common excuses when devs don't keep their promises.
You must not live in this world. I'd say a huge chunk of the population doesn't make backups, especially for things involving tech. I've met people who are 10+ years younger than me who are the most technologically inept people I know. I think it's baffling in this day and age that any young person can somehow not become computer savvy (barring limitations such as poverty).
I think he meant for a dev. For a normal use of a PC, HDD or SSD rarely crash. I don't need to bother having a backup of my games (I can reinstall them) or my porn movies
He hasn't updated his Patreon in 6 months, and hasn't replied to this thread in almost that same amount of time; even being logged in and roaming the F95 threads. I hate to face the hard truths, but this game ain't coming back.
its not that much money and hes not going to update his game just for that, he would update it if he wanted to and im sure he would be trying to make some money if he did. The game was really good, i would have liked to see it continue.
