When I go to do the first fight, I get this error and I cannot go any further, nor can I get to any other location.

Ok, so for whatever reason I tried to put the error code into a spoiler tag, but it never came through to the post. It was still sitting here when I went to edit it. So, maybe this will work.

Actually the next release should be done fairly soon, not sure how soon but of the list of things to be done for the next release there is only three left that need to be finished.

So my guess is the next release will be posted in a couple of weeks.

Normally 3 months / abandoned unless the dev communicates

The author of the game is working on the next update. Not sure when it will be done but most of the listed tasks to be completed is done for the next update.

The best way to track the game progress is the trello board.
