I have a question, how does pregnancy work? Even with the Sperm Trunks and the Forced Ovulation Drug it doesn't seem like it's easy to get her pregnant.

She needs to be on her dangerous day by applying ovulation drug with raw sex once first.
Then after another raw sex, her fertilization % in status window will come into play.
And if she is already in fertilized state, use the trunks to guarantee her pregnancy, then go to sleep.
Fertilization can only happen in the club room and in your room.
And you probably need to enable pregnancy in your room first (The book on the table).

v1.08 already fix that, though it's not on this site yet.

I'm still waiting for "take a walk together" part to be available first before go back to play though.
I assume that unlocks at later confidence/assistance levels? Right now I can only really buy drinks at the mall, and since it's porn I assume it's on MC's computer. Also, the upper right corner building in town and the right of the mall falls under the same triggers I assume?
From what I can remember, I think you can buy it even early on. Just check on the guy at the right-most desk by the movie room.

The movie pass should be available from the start. Talk to the person by the counter on the right side of the movie theater area and then examine one of the ticket machines immediately to their left to buy one. You watch movies by going to the bus stop and selecting "Go to the movies" where you will get different options depending on your stats.
A lot of the actions you get are random since it cycles through about 3 different options but the earliest way to stimulate her clit is through Outright Sexual Harassment (or whatever the one after "Light" Sexual Harassment is called). It will cycle through playing with her nipples, sticking a finger inside of her, or playing with her clit. I'm not 100% sure if having her take her underwear off effects this or not but I typically always had her going commando.
Alternatively, if you want to farm EVERY sex stat (Nipple, Clit, Vagina, Anus) at once you can "Invite her over to your house" while she's standing next to the trees on the right side of the town area (where she is trying to catch a beetle) and you will have a bondage/sex toy session with her that will add +2-3 to every stat. You do need a certain confidence level to be able to buy the sex toys from the Future Shop but it is one of the earlier unlocks so you should be able to get it by farming some of the easier achievements.

Apparently, she will always have sex with her bf after the 2nd friday (although she doesn't go to the mall) so don't forget to invite her home and choose the 2nd option after having sex with her (the 3rd one won't be available because his parents will stay at home that day).
Just keep canceling her dates and check the stats regularly, eventually you will have the true love route.
I've done a fresh install of the game with the translated dlc patch that cactuar posted, but I never get the option to buy a pass. MC just says that "it's a ticket machine" and doesn't give any options. The woman at the counter on the right also just asks if I want to see a movie before the dialog just finishes.
Come to think of it, I can't seem to buy anything at the mall besides drinks. Really unsure if I'm doing something wrong or if my game/install is bugged.
Any ideas?

Fertilization can only happen in your room and in the club room.
And you also need to select "More, More1, or More2" option once too.
Since select "Finish" immediately will never proc. fertilization even at 100% chance.
You need to have enough money (100k) for the male NPC to appear at the counter.

Saved up over 100k yen, waited for the next day (Monday week 2), still got nothing. There's an NPC at the counter but it's unchanged from when I couldn't do anything at said counter.
Has anyone else had this bug? It feels like I'm the only one with the issue and I don't have the slightest clue. I don't want to sound like I'm begging for help but it just feels bizarre.

You probably need to watch Ending3 before that NPC can appear.
If you already watched Ending3, then I'm out of suggestions.
