When in doubt, use the search function.
And here's my answer in page 21.

Never let her boyfriend have sex with her throughout the entire run.
Might need to save/load when you go to sleep and check her stat the next day.
On the last Saturday (not Friday), cancel her date to the shopping mall.
Then invite her to your room, and choose the last option.
Need at least Confidence level 30, 130 Lust, 800ish Action points, 4000ish Stamina.
I can't remember the specific numbers, and that should satisfy the requirement for Ending 5.

I'm going to start working on translating the update after I get bored of the new path of exile league, I have no idea if that will be just a week or longer lol. Hopefully the dev will get all the bug fixes done with by the time I get started working. I'll post an update when I get started and probably put out weekly patches as I work on it.

added more content, now with costumes for nenena, and lover mode I think? Haven't tried that far and I don't know Japanese so.

I do know the costumes are locked to specific positions after there was a vote, so you can't use each one for everything.

Have time accelerator and the reality altering cloak, unlocked ending 5, call nenena to room when she is on date with boyfriend in the mall, go to the door and chose the last option.
