Yes. You can consider the game as having unlimited time, but for the sake of the plot the story runs in a 2-week cycle.
Where can i find the guy to give me jutsu or whatever cause i feel like i'm soft locked. The future merchant gave me the patch to never decrease lust but now working won't give me money because it says i mess up too much so i can't do anything

If your lust is too high (more than 60) your work will be more likely to fail.
Lust Manager only help you when you go to sleep without ejaculating enough in 1 day.
The next morning your Action Points will not be reduced.
The guy that teach you Clone Jutsu can only be found on Tuesday upper right of the map behind a monument.
This skill will double your pay when doing part-time job.

Where to get the cold medicine? I've read about it here but I haven't found any way to get it. I'm at confidence level 30+ so I've unlocked most of the gated content already.
Also I found:
• Ninja in top-left: Gives me 2x money for working
• Hidden worker in bottom-left (house south of bathhouse): Work less likely to fail

I don't think the cold medicine exists. As for other NPCs, the developer included a memo among the game files that hints their location. I don't know which is which.

- A woman who appears near public baths from Wednesday to Thursday seems to be saying something meaningful!
- Now that I think about it, there seems to be a TV in the main character's room...?
- On Tuesday in the library (upper right building) behind the sign-like object on the right...?
- In the shadow of the tree under the convenience store parking lot on Thursday...?
- When I investigated the detached wall at the bottom right of the public bath on Friday...?

is there a way to resize the text? some of the dialogue is cute off and the AI is pretty much useless with the font size.

Do appreciate the help. I was able to see the % after using it, however, that seem to bug out other stuff. I did keep the old CommonEvent just in case, & the error(swap between the two to locate what it was) seem to be that part before an assistance where it ask condom or not.
Afterward, i just went 'fuck it', and just goes & fuck her til the day is over everyday for 2 week
game will tell you on newgame+/loop2, but if you are curious get achievements, achievement points = confident
