you can use saveedit, an online tool to customize RPGMaker savedata, there's the "gold" option, you can just change that value

if this is the same file as when I was the one asking this same question (look above & 2-3 post below the original "Extract this in..." post), then there might be bug/crash occurring when talking to her outside when she is in heat. Not sure on if it occur at other time or not, but since it appear every time ^ occur, it just gave up on using the fixed and just keep her from going to her boyfriend. % can't go higher then 0 if they don't meet.

So how does fertilization work? I got all of the items that increase that stat but it's still at around 10-15% for some reason
