I was about to comment about the same issue, the moment you interact with the NPC a scene with you approaching Nenena at the mall suddenly starts, she says to go do something important with her and then the text box disappears and the game gets stuck.

If she say going to get something important and go home probably the place in the far right place where she sit in the mall. I think you need her to be horny and you have enough confidence to stalk her to her home. Maybe try it.
