I already know and can answer your question.
The game doesn't get that much publicity because people who like my work and my games don't write reviews and rate it, and those vanilla players(or dudes who don’t like my game for some reasons) who happen to come across it never miss an opportunity to give it just one star. So, in that way, the game has a low rating and doesn't come out particularly ahead.
I mean the negative emotions always is more powerful than positive emotion and if you’re upset for something(my game for example) you’re more inclined to pour out your negativity(which is normal and purely human).

If I would make a suggestion I think it might be a good idea to put up a little guide on how to unlock certain memories like the criteria to do it like how much influence mc needs To unlock it that type of thing
You mean walkthrough? I thought about that, but decide that the game is not so complicated to make whole walkthrough. I made a gallery for following your progress.
You should add that the models are really ugly and the MC is an asshole without any justification. Let's talk about the models. Do you really find them attractive yourself??? Most of the cast is so ugly! And hairy girl? Omg, that's so repulsive! You're targeting such a narrow audience. And as other says, MC is an asshole while players like to identify as MC. How likes to identify as a pure asshole? If there were more choices, could be interesting but from the little I've been playing, this guy is a fucking cry baby jerk and playing as him just isn't appealing at all.
So in the end, I think there are more people who won't like your game than people who will like your game which is why it's not popular. Plus I've tested the game for the mind control tag but didn't reach any scene with it. I feel cheated :'(
The game is great, is diferente of the rest and i think thats is fantastic. My only necesity is the imprgnation!!! xD

First. This game is obviously not for you, nor is it for many others accustomed to the vanilla-patreon-friendly games that have become mainstream by now. The target audience is the other players like me, who don’t like the majority of vanilla games. I started making games because I wanted everything I made to be completely different from what was flooding us as games.
First of all it's not a Mainstream game. I wrote it as a disclaimer on the very first page. It's not a vanilla game. It's a hard fetish porn game that aims to show you the other side of the fictional reality of the adult game industry. Because I don't care how well I can monetize it, I do whatever I want without regard to patreon, PayPal, etc.
I want to be popular for the other people (I believe a lot of ppl) who want such kind of games. I don’t need vanilla players. I Know my game is not completion for the big money games… but I repeat - I don’t want it. But when vanilla players rate non-vanilla game… I have a problem.
And the problem is that some players with fetishes like mine miss the game because some offended dude wrote “I don’t want haaaaairyyyyy giiirls! Take that one star!!!”. I repeat it again.
I know my game is not masterpiece. It’s more than clear. I know that I can improve the renders. I know that I’m not Shakespeare… but to rate a game because the “characters are ugly” is the dumbest thing from all other dumbest things. Because “I don’t like/I like big tits/red hair/broken noses” is NOT feedback and review. It’s a matter of taste. Subjective.
And I hope ppl who likes harder content will discover my game somehow.
The point of the game is not to associate yourself with the character. Not all movies, books and games are created with that goal in mind. Because of this I have used various techniques to NOT associate with him(third person etc)
The goal is to experience the story through the eyes of a psychopath who has the power to do whatever he wants. No, you don't control him. You're watching his story, as you have the right to "direct" him in some aspects. That's all.
Aren't you tired of the same/molded and one model beautiful characters from the quadrillion other games/clones of each other? No? So this game isn't for you. The characters are made to be as different as possible. Even ugly. As provocative as possible. Even in real life, they're not all beautiful and wonderful, but you still want to fuck them, right? And yes. They're beautiful to me. And yes, I want people to be outraged about these things. That's the point of the game.

It's subjective, for you they are ugly but for others they are not. Or, in my case, the fact that they look different compared to the generic characters you find in most games makes it interesting.
Hairy girls? Do you know that most girls are hairy? Some simply choose not to shave or wax.
I've met and dated quite a few girls and some have made that choice, it's just real life. (And no, they weren't freaks.)
In many games, female characters have overly realistic big breasts and butts, and people never complain. Make one hairy character and there comes drama!
I also like to identify with the MC, but I also have the intelligence to realize that it's just a fantasy, and that some games are just for fun. I would never do what the MC does in real life.
He's an asshole, yes, but Trump was too and yet people made him president of the US. So, you know, people tend to like assholes. Girls do too, they always choose the asshole over the nice guy.
My point is, at least this game is different, that's what makes it interesting.

Yeah but there are some things in the gallery that I have no idea on if I meet the criteria to do it to unlock send parts I mean there are few characters that I would need help to unlock

I really like your reply, it's quite detailed and direct. As you said, your game is not for everybody. My reply was just to follow up on the discussion on why your game is not popular with my "Vanilla player" point of view. Vanilla players will shot your game down because it's not to their taste like you said and players who enjoy your game will not take the time to upvote it. And in term of proportion, there are massively more vanilla players than kinky ones so there aren't a lot of chances for your game to get the spotlight indeed. But aren't vanilla players allowed to give their opinions too so that other vanilla players are aware of the content of the game? Your warning is just about strong fetishes but doesn't really give much details. That would be my main feedback for you. Many other games also warn about strong fetishes but still stay in line with what a vanilla player could expect. Fetishes cover a large amount of possibilities and even if you go with strong or harsh fetishes there are still some of them which can still be acceptable for vanilla players: bdsm, femdom and such for the top of my head. But the hairy body is a hard pass for me
Yes, I know some girls can be really hairy IRL and I still find that quite ugly.In my opinion, games are here to make us experience stuff we can't have in real life, most of us go for harem but if some others want to go for hairy girls, then good for them to play your game.
