Where is the nightclub.? I know of the bar with the singer standing outside, but there is no one pounding on the door there. Is there a nightclub as well?

Yes, go to the underground market,
then head left, past the alien and the priest,
keep going left and you will come to the night club door,
Carry on left and you will see the idiot banging on a door.
When I head left I come to Giana and Connor and a locked door. It won't let me go more left.

And how do I get rid of the crocodile in wetlands?
Can't remember all the locations for the herbs but once you've got all 10 that will unlock one of the missing scenes, the other missing scene is one of the triplets.
you can't get rid of the croc but you can pacify it with the fish nearby
