Oh there's no outfits for her EP form but there are 2 EP forms (second EP form is another key item you get from the recollection room after some trigger, EP pregnancy). Some sex scenes will allow you to be in her EP form with the associated outfit but there's no way for her to walk around in said outfit. Once you reach high enough sex level, some sex scenes will allow you to change form and that form is saved much like which accessories you have equipped and will influence other scenes if available.
In EP world she doesn't actually change clothes, nor need the respective clothes for the sex scenes, she just wears them virtually.
