1º: I had do play the entire game again because the old save wasn't working at all (tried everything in here and it didn't work)
2º: Fucking hell is that farm level, is not just difficult but too long. I maxed the PPP and DEF that had almost no upgrade easy in there (and I died in the cum pool far away, damn my curiosity). And fucking hell is the boss, past some point it's all about how fast you hit the boss, because it is easy to get gang raped by the minions. I'm still impressed how I got through him in the 1º try
3º: The hell was that end? the others EP games had more "easy" understanding endings, but serious, what is that huge eye for the start?

Well, even after all that, still a damn good game. Didn't even go for the porn yet, was just enjoying the gameplay

Those are condoms, you use one every time you have consensual penetrative sexual intercourse with the NPCs. You should have the option to do that with at least 1 NPC if you can buy them, I think. Once you get lewd enough you don't need them anymore.

Those are background characters for sure, as stated above by Gfurst.

The two middle ones look like they're in the park next to Girl's house. The bottom one is the schoolgirl on the first floor of the school, I think (they can vary their positions, I don't know what triggers it - sometimes I find them in the toilet, for example). The top one is probably in the sports field next to the school. Track team?

Milk or milked? There are enemies that induce lactation, and I think the secret merchant sells the milking unlock item. The secret merchant is one screen down from the bar and brothel/love hotel, use the EP Ball to reveal them.
