I don't think there's a way to. You can craft it at high mixing, if I remember right. Otherwise, a bunny girl shows up about once a season to try to sell you one if you aren't already holding one.
Is there a guide for what to do in TW? I tried that (i think?) and i got incredibly lost then stumbled into one of the 2hus just casually permakilling like, 5 at once with a SAM. Pretty sure i went audibly "the fuck?"

I think i found it? EraNAS. Either way, all these TW forks should be pretty similar in basic gameplay - so if you got any advice for daily routine gameplay and stuff id appreciate it. Stuff like, how do i make money? Or... how do i actually end up getting raped by a thirsty 2hu?

Oh, we can't diddle the 2hus by default so you have to enable that setting first, I guess the default canon MC is a sub.
My money-making strat is a very lazy one.
Train your time-stop abilities (basically just use them til' it's almost or it's zero and it'll level up and increase the cap) then just use said time-stop power on the "sake bug".
Then sell 'em to human village or any town that buys it and they'll up the price so it's a long-term investment thing.
You can fish too, forage some food, cut trees -> sell it but that takes too much button pressing so I lost interest.
And that's why I only use one which is the liquor selling.
Side Note:
Train combat with anyone 'cause it's a free boost (more exp if she's strong) and you'll reach at least Combat Lv3.
You can do this by abusing favors / quests from them especially if there's an option to lead them basically joining you so you can take them to any spot that has a combat practice and gain ez exp.

Use incompetent mode, if you want to. It basically blocks nearly all lewd actions while not on time stop (good luck with raising those stat)

Men, I wish Touhou TW have the same sex system as TouhoK. Doing Threesome in TW is kind a hit and a miss, mostly a miss (I need to use my imagination, and it hurts), where as in TK I can select the receiver and giver or just plain out order it.
What I love about TW is the relation building, and dialogues.

Yep, they could've added more positions to TW or basically just import Tohok seggs system in TW.

Also, to add to time stop, if you're just starting, I'd talk to and steal as many panties from people as possible to unlock the respective achievements (not at the same time though). If you're stealing underwear, try to get as many panties in one go while time is frozen before returning to your room. You lose all the panties you're carrying if you're caught.
Otherwise, if you have leftover TSP, try to empty most of it before it gets too dark to do anything outside (around 6pm). Foraging is probably one of the better use for it, but chopping wood and cleaning are also valid uses for it.

I know this because I like that mode (who doesn't want to be pushed down by cute girl, especially 2hus? Not me)
Also if too dark, just spent the TSP walking around. Not the most efficient but then again...
What exactly is this incompetent mode? Only way to get raped i found was using some mass edit thing to set everyone as rapists. That enabled some lust and sex anywhere settings also enabled by the confession settings, too... However in my game that rapists setting appartently works by giving everyone completly ridiculous arousal gains/libido - my 2hus cant go even 5 minutes before cumming and during sex they do that every single turn. Sadly that even includes my player so you can hardly do anything at all.

You have to toggle it in the options, I think. Basically, it disables your ability to initiate sex, but in turn greatly increases the chance the girls will do it. That said, they have to like and lust after you enough to do it, with adequate sexual frustration.
Which is basically how you do it normally in the first place. With girls that like/lust after you a lot, they normally push you down at around 30% sexual frustration. Girls that aren't in love with or lusting after you and have traits that increase their inhibitions may require around 80%, but can immediate become pissed off at lower favorability. Other factors include composure, which you can lower by repeat physical contact, such as skinship, embracing, kissing, flipping their skirt, etc, and drunkeness, though you have to be careful not to make her too drunk or she'll consider it rape if she sobers up in the middle of it.

In short every touhou becomes more active and they'll just jump on you when they feel like it, usually with high sexual lust.
And that also makes you a sub so all you can do is struggle in vain or just surrender and let 'em do it.
Not really into sub so I'm not interested with that but ey, you do you.

I think it makes sense for some characters (say like Yuuka and Yukari) but I don’t think anything is funnier then getting pushed down by Patchouli of all people.
