I'm not sure if you're talking about polls on Patreon/SS or about in-game choices .

• I don't intend to leave bigger story decisions/directions up for a vote, so polls will only ever have smaller impacts in the game.
• When it comes to in-game choices, there are some that do have long-term consequences. Others are there to cement Ashe's personality in a certain way. Choices with bigger impact and more branching will come up as the story progresses. Episode 4 in particular has a very important "crossroads" moment in it.

I never said how much or how little new characters will appear in future episodes. But you can assume that most of the upcoming new ones will play a smaller role. Each character, even small one-off ones (like a newscaster or waitress), need a character model, so that's where that number comes from. That doesn't mean that it shifts focus away from the more important characters.
