looks great, At first reading the description, I would think it would be a Female Domination story. The Humiliation TAG & how Stern is described, I assumed.

The guy has incredible talent with Daz. It's a shame he is isn't able to work on his game like he used to primarily because of his health.
Also his problem of poor returns is totally because of the genre he chose. It is a niche and hence very less patrons. Personally I really wish there were more games around these themes of such high quality but realistically there isn't a market big enough for this. It would have been better for him if he had made a game with multiple other fetishes and kept the Dom sub, femdom content to single optional route. That way he could have had a wider fanbase.

I disagree, his visual style and attention to detail fits perfectly with a Femdom aesthetic. There are so few femdom games as it is, and even less that are good. There are plenty of people (men and women) who enjoy femdom content, but of course it will be more niche than your typical high school harem sim.
I don't think so. The design of all those characters are unique IMO, I didn't see any of them in other games

Ofcourse over the internet, you will find tons of people with fantastic art. How many of them are willing to put in an effort to make a scene, to write a proper scene. To continue a complete game. Hardly any. If it is just 1 art piece a lot of people on here could do a wonderful job. But when it is 1000's of renders, it's not easy. Every person who can draw brilliantly can't make a manga or a comic and tell a tale beautifully.
He did I guess upgrade models, gave new skin and modified the bodies of his characters ( not sure exactly what changes he has made ). In the present 3D games scene on this forum I would say his art is better than 95% games on here

The writing is also something to consider. There are not that many adult VNs that are written well. I can probably count all the good ones, including this, on the fingers of one hand.

Well the older Von stern model is in a few games ive played, only one I remember name of is Karlssons gambit
Having the facilities does not make up for talent. There are enough VNs out there that have gorgeous looking models and renders, but completely fail at scene setup, camera work, props (so so many shared assets) and consistent style.

The only thing I can tell you is, try to write a long story with lots of sexual content, that is well written, where there is a good logic behind sex scenes and not just porn logic that you have a big dick and I want it now. Writing believable scenes back to back in a porn game requires quite a good imagination and writing skills.
Just because a person can buy a racing bike doesn't mean they are good enough to enter MotoGP , skill and knowledge, experience are very important. Plus with time the interest diminishes no matter the cash inflow. This is a creative process. Money can't motivate you to be creative if you are mentally tired of doing the same thing each and every day. The only thing money will do is keep you going. You will keep making renders but the story will be just another generic mindless porn game.

If you believe hardware equals skill, there's no point to our conversation now. I have been writing such erotic stories and it is actually very difficult to write a story with a premise incorporating sexual acts and keeping it logically and believable and making it a realistic interaction. It is time taking, which only increases if you want to pair them up with a images. This is something that only when done on a daily basis can show you that it is indeed not something everyone can do.
I mean you too are aware of the huge proportion of games that get abandoned here after a little time. For a good number of them it was not like money wasn't coming, it was just that couldn't keep up with this any longer and decided to move on.
ahem, why doesn't this game have abandoned/on-hold tag yet? I was browsing games sorted by rankings, and saw it had update 09.07. but completely missed the fact that it was last year D:

lol, this game had a lot of potential. Too bad the dev doesn't work on it anymore. Just milking wallpapers like that come inside game lmao. Smh. If he had consistent updates like he did back in the day, he would of been a fulltime dev. Why did he get lazy and throw all his hard work in the trash?

he didn't get lazy he started having health problems so he had to slow down also it seems like he might be a bit of a perfectionist which adds to the time it is taking I'm hoping for the update at least before the end of the year though

Are you serious now "slow down", he came to a freakin' stop 13 months without nothing but wallpapers, strange how this "health" problems didn't affect his monthly wallpapers release so he can keep his patreons intrest running...
